Hi,

I am having an issue with my pivot table listed a piece of data I can not locate in the file anywhere. I have verified the Data Range that the pivot is pulling from, and can see exactly where the amount it calculating is, however the header label is adding a digit to an account number that is no where to be found on my file. I have checked all 'hidden' rows/columns and can not find it anywhere. When I look at the header in the file the pivot is pulling from, the number/information does not match. Does anyone know how to have a pivot table highlight the cell it is pulling from? or why it would be finding a number that doesn't exist.

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Could it be a formatting issue in the data table or the pivot table? It also may have something to do with where in the pivot table it is (columns, rows, values). You can double click the pivot table to populate the data table it has saved which might show the discrepancies compared to the original table.
