Hi everyone,
I need some ideas in how to work pivot tables to show what I want.
I an working on a dashboard in which I separated the calculations in month to date and year to date. After that i organized the pivot tables to show just the results. The deal is i dont want to create two sheets for mtd and ytd pivots. I would like to have an option to select YTD and the pivot tables would automaticaly select the YTD database and vice versa.
I am not sure if this is possible or if I can create a macro for this?

The data is organized equally for the mtd and ytd database:

Sales Actual 2015 Actual 2014 Variation Budget 2015 Variation
A. ... .......
B. .... ........

i have two similar tables just one shows the calculations of one month and the other shows yTD.

thanks
