I recently took a class, and the instructor went so fast, that we couldn't take notes.
My question is: We were show that we could take a pivot table that will display, lets say five years of inrotmation. But I want to print or display each page of that info on a seperate sheet in the workbook, without having to copy and paste and modify each one accordingly. Whatever he showed us, the pages were inserted automatically, with the sheet tabs showing the corresponding year(title, etc.). How is this operation performed?

Thanks
Desiree

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Set up your pivot table so that the years are displayed as a page field, then click in that field, and from the Pivot Table command bar choose 'Show Pages'.
