Hi,

Seeking some help on two issues that I am facing a challenge with....

1st.
My pivot table looks like this...

Name of Team Managers; No. of Clients; Client Contacted this Month;
X 50 25
Y 80 10
Z 45 30

I want a fourth column that gives me a %age of the clients contacted this month, i.e Divides 25 by 50 and so on. Adding a calculated field doesnt work somehow. Not sure why.

Coz my data table looks like this.

Client Number; Client Contacted ( Yes) ;Team Manager Name;

The No. of Client is the count of all the Client Number
The Client Contacted this month is the count of all the "YES" in the Client contacted (Yes) column

The second issue
Say, I had three more columns for Client Contacted....say...Client Contacted ( Jan) ; Client contacted ( Feb) and Client Contacted ( Mar)

Is it possible to display the count of "Yes"'s in each of these three columns in a pivot..??

Appreciate your help in advance..
Thanks
