How can I update the linked information in a Pivot Table?

I have changed the formula in Access but the quired information does not show the update. It does add new sales info. But does not change the older line of information.

Ive told it to run the query. But I need it to REqry the old info.

Thanks

Steven

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
I have modified my pivot table qry to start on a new date. But when I open the Excel sheet it does not reqry from the new date. It only shows add todays sales.

Example in my qry I said exclude sku #1. But the Pivot table still includes data from Sku#1.

Also How can I insert a blank colum in a pivot table to enter employee hours. I want to add a colum to calc sales per hour. Based on the pivot Tables sales.

Thanks
