I need to create excel workbook with pivot table to extract employees by Shift, Days Off, and approved vacation time. This information then is needed to go into
report broken down by by shift, month, date, employee, days off, and vacation time for 6 month time period.

Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Please upload a sample of your data (make sure there is no confidential information) using XL2BB. Generally 8-12 records is enough. Then show us a mocked up solution so that we clearly understand your needs. No pictures as we cannot manipulate data in a picture.

This is pasted copy of excel sheet that asking for either pivot table or formulas to transfer to another excel sheet. I have drop down list of names in first sheet that I want to be able
to auto populate in other excel sheet when I change names of either supervisor, team leader, job assignment, reclass or specialist. I would also like Shift and days off member is assigned to auto populate to each shift 6 month schedule. I only provided example of 1st shift and one month. Currently, all of that information is manually being inputted. Thank you for any assistance or advice.
