Pivot Table with Overlapping Row

Hi,

I'm wondering if the desired output is possible using Pivot Tables. No restriction on helper columns. In the sample data, there are 3 months overlapping highlighted in yellow. The the first year, I'd want to show the runout. For the next year, I want to show the claim for these 3 overlapping months. Hope this is clear.
