Hi, I have a power pivot table with 6 slicers.
Date, invoice number, vendor and so on.

but I have over 3000 invoices and to scroll takes to long and is hard to do.

rather than using each slicer to filter the next and narrow the list. I would like to use the search box to find the invoice number.

I’ve tried to copy the table and limit the fields to just the slicer heading it doesn’t work. The sheet seems to not refresh and not respond. But it’s not doing anything and let’s me close it without having to kill the file.

thoughts?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
