I have a report I run every 2hrs and I do a pivot table to track hourly performance. The rows are dynamic depending on how many people are currently working. Can I can create a macro that will add conditional formatting with dynamic ranges?

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Here is a sample of Pivot Table. How can I get conditional formatting to highlight anything -330 or greater green and anything -330 or less Red?
