Hello

I have a question regarding pivot table percentages

I have PivotTables similar to the below

QTY. %
row1. 15. 15.00%
row2. 10. 10.00%
row3. 75. 75.00%

The percentages are set as percentages of grand total, I would like to be able to add to each row the percentage remainder (not a running percentage), in essence I require an additional column to show =1-RowPercentage.

Row1 would show 85%, Row2 would show 90% & Row3 would show 25%.

I realise I could add this calculation outside of the PT however the number of rows within the PT will change!

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
add a calculated field......100%-fieldname

fieldname is the column starting 15.00%

easy to do outside the pivot - just use =if(or(D2 = "fieldname,d2="",D2="Grand Total"),"",100%-D2)
