Pivot Table view

In a Pivot Table listing how can I display duplicate record entries in summarized views. I know this is a very strange question without showing a spreadsheet so I will attempt to build a very small image below. I want the subscriber name to show up in each row however because it is the same for repeater 1, 2, 3 & 4 it does not come up and only the first entry is listed.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure you can. The "gaps" are just how pivot tables display the data.

However, if you take a pivot table, copy it and Edit > Paste Special > Values on another sheet, you can easily do it.

1. Select the whole pivot table
2. Edit > Go To > Special > Blanks ( OR Alt + E G S K)
3. =, then press the Up Arrow and Ctrl+Enter.

At that stage you can re-select the whole table, copy and paste values.

A bit of mucking around I know, but a sequence I often go through if I want to use pivot table output for reporting.
