Pivot Table: Unique Calculated Field (average)

I have a PivotTable with sales data for years 2008 - 2016. I want to average 2008 - 2011 and compare each subsequent year to this average to see if there is a trend. Is this possible to average unique column headers and then add this as a base to which I can calculate the change of?
