Pivot Table Top 10 with a line adding the rest

Data contains sales information of 400 sales people for each sale which amounts to about 100,000 transactions or rows. Using Pivot Table to list the each sales person and filtering to the Top 10 and use the Do not filter Grand Total option. How ever I would like the pivot to have a total for All Others in the number 11 position. Any suggestions?
