Hi,

Is there a way to make a Pivot Table NOT count zero values, and just show them as (blank)? All my 0 values are being counted in the data field as "1", which is contaminating the grand totals.

Thanks,

Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Hi,

You could add another column to your source data with something like =IF(A1=0,"Exclude","Include") and then add that column as a page field chossing Include items only.

Hope it helps.
