Hello

I am logging training cards on a spreadsheet daily. They are all number SCU001, SCU002 and on and on and every time someone visits I log their card number against the date of visit.

Is it possible to have a pivot that shows the date then the count of new cards issued that day? I am not sure how to stop it counting repeat visitors as I only want a count of new cards issued that day.

Is it possible for it to ignore the number if it already appears in the data on an earlier date?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Set a date filter or slicer.
Date filter in the pivot Table has a TODAY option.

Thanks, I dont want it to count repeat visitors though so I just want a report of how many new ID numbers per day. So if SCU001 was given out on 1st Nov I only want it to show in my results for 1st Nov and not on the following days that the number shows up, if that makes sense
