Pivot table text as values or create table from pivot table filter

Hope someone can help me i have the following sample dataset:

I require a pivot table from the dataset above that displays a table in the following format:

If two or more rows have the same outcome I need the name(s) to display in the same cell. The reason for the pivot table is other parts of the excel/dashboard are filtered using slicers which is only available with pivot tables in excel 2010.

I would appreciate any help/advice
