Hi,

I have a pivot table with year on columns and months in slicer.
The user can choose the month / months in the slicer and compare it with the different years (years are on columns).
Is it possible for the user to switch columns and slicer (via macro?).
So they get an overview of each month in columns and choose year in slicer?

Or can I create 2 pivot tables but only 1 visible for the user?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
unsure if it helps you (as you need at least 2013 version), but you could try to utilize the timeline slicer and utilize in columns only the year
