Hi all. I am in a rush to finish a job and have got my head on wrong. I have pivotted purchasing records to show who is buying what and how. Purchase orders may appear more than once as new transactions are charged on them. Each purchase order has a prescribed limit up to which a user can purchase. My data is listed by transaction. There may be multiple transactions per purchase order. Each purchase records the $$spent, the PO number, and the approved amount. I want to sum the approved amounts so i can track against available funds. How can i do that? I currently have the Approved Amount as row data in the pivot as i could only get a Count when the Approved Amount was loaded to Values.

sorry for the messy pic. I need a total for the values in red somehow.
