I have a spreadsheet that list repairs for parts. I would like to build a pivot table that show the top 20 most profitable margin repairs by part # (Column G) and description (Column J) with the percentage of warranties (Column E) for those repairs. I am using Excel 2007 but I am not sure what Title for those columns to put in in the Report Filter, Column Labels, Row Labels and Values fields and how to format those areas to get the information I am looking for.
