I want to get rid of dates in Pivot table as I don't have data for that criteria which is "<7/1/2023", highlighted in below snip

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
You can just filter them using the dropdown at the top of the column.

Yes I can do it, any other way in pivot table settings?

No. If you group a date field, you always end up with the outlier items. The alternative is to add year and month columns in the source data for the pivot.

Thanks for looking into it, I was wondering because for previous month (October) my client used same spreadsheet and data source with entire columns including blanks but there was no "<>" dates.

Currently I have that October spreadsheet and there is no "<>"

I used same spreadsheet just copied it and added data for November and this "<>" showed up.

Right-click one of the date cells in the pivot table, choose Group and see if both the Auto boxes are checked in the dialog:
