pivot table showing blanks

i have created a pivot table see below, how do i get it to not show the empty rows

As you can see, it is showing Anglian water, cannon and HCC, how do I get these lines not to show?

On the drop down of the pivot table at the base doesn't it give you the option of a checkbox with blank adjacent to it?

under pivot table options, display. there are two check boxes for showing data in rows and columns, however they are both greyed out?
