Pivot Table - show name on same row

Hi there,
I am working with a pivot table to show the breakdown of users (first name and surname) and the training courses they have completed for our online training program. The problem I am having is that the pivot table is displaying the first name on one row and the surname on another row and then the total for that person on another row. I need it to show the first name and surname on one row but they are separate fields so Excel is putting them on separate rows. I hope this makes sense. Many thanks.

Sounds like that could be fixed by going into pivot table formatting and clicking the classic pivot table format box. Have you tried that yet?
