Hello to all,
I am trying to use running total in pivot table. I have typed the columns below that work, but when I add the info columns I need running total stops working. Base field is set to Date of Movement.

This works: A B C D E
Item Name Item No. Date of Movement Sum of Qty Running Total Qty

Running Total stops working after I add the information I need: Base Field is set to Date of Movement.
A B C D E F G
Item Name Item No. Type of Trans Number Date of Movement Sum of Qty Running Total Qty

I just do not know why by adding the 2 additional fields why the running total stops working. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Phillip
