Hello,

I have the below list of values that I want to put in the "Rows" section of my pivot table:

Values:
Invite to Round 1
Invite to Round 2
Invite to Round 3
Round 1 Conducted
Round 2 Conducted
Round 3 Conducted
Is there a way to consolidate these values in to one row of the pivot table and name it "Interviewing".

Thank you!

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
To clarify:

The title of the column header I want to put in the "Rows" section of my pivot is called "Status"

The values that show up on the pivot table are:

Invite to Round 1
Invite to Round 2
Invite to Round 3
Round 1 Conducted
Round 2 Conducted
Round 3 Conducted

I would like to consolidate the values in to one row and convert the name to "Interviewing"
