Pivot table report filters not displaying filter items

Hello,

I'm working on a pivot table that summarized payroll related data (i.e. regular earnings, overtime, vacation, sick, etc.) by full or part time status. I have added a report filter so that I can filter by title (i.e. Manager, Supervisor, Professional, Clerical). When I select the report filter drop down, instead of displaying title options, is it displaying payroll items. How do I fix this?
