Pivot table - Repeat data in certain fields

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me with 2 simula problems regarding pivot tables.

1) Is there any way to have the pivot table fill in the data from a field list item on every line. In my example (under the variety column) I would like "bases" and "Shoes" to fill down into the empty cells below them (c3,c6,c9).

2) In a pivot table, is there any way to force excel to show all the data from the sorce data. This is a little harder to explain, but again, from my example, my sorce data actually has 2 other entries for "Jane, shoes, bags, 28, etc" however, only one entry is shown on the pivot table(line 9). Excel does not show the other 2 entries. The difference between them entries, was the date ordered, however, I do not want to use the date field in the pivot table. Is there anyway to get excel to show all the entries.
