Hi there,

is there anyway that showing data "as a percent of' will relate to the entire dataset?
Meaning, for example, that if I have a data-set of car models sales by car makers and I choose to filter 'Audi' in the pivot-table-
The percent of sales for A3 model will be in relation to the total sales of all car-makers and not just Audi's total sales?

Thanks,

Udi G

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Hi Udi G,

I think that you will have to use standard Filter instead of Pivot Table filters to do this.

1. Click on ‘Repeat All Item Labels’ in the list of Report Layout of Design contextual menu of Pivot Table
2. Go to any cell after the last column of your pivot table and click on Filter button on Data
3. Then filter ‘Audi’

Kind regards

Saba
