pivot table problems

I am attempting to run a pivot table from a query. Whenever I try to use fields from the query I continually get an error "problems obtaining data". Is there anyone who is familiar with this error? How can I get around this issue. I do not want to export my inputs and then calculate them again in the pivot table. . .

Is there a reason why you're not simply using a CrossTab query?
