Pivot Table/Pivot Chart Sorting

My pivot table has a column label of performance (good, fair and poor). A row label of year (2011, 2012, 2013) and values (this is a calculated field, percent of row total). This all looks great.

Then I created a pivot chart and used a stacked row chart. It looks great but the PROBLEM is that it is sorted the opposite of the pivot table. These are being displayed on the same sheet and need to be sorted the same way. If I try to change one it flips the other. The table is sorted 2011, 2012, 2013. The chart has 3 stacked rows, the top one is 2013, then 2012, 2011.

What can I do to make these the same???
thanks!

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hi Rhonda,

Right-click the Y-Axis of the Bar Chart (the years)
Format axis.... > Axis Options > Check "Categories in reverse order"

Hi Jerry :)

I tried that but it moved the X axis (percentages) above the chart. Hoping to keep them at the bottom but will see if upper management can live with it :)

Thanks my friend. Always good to see you on the board :)

Hi Rhonda, In your PM to me on another topic, you mentioned that you figured out that you just needed to change the Axis Labels option to "High" and it resolved your problem with the X axis (percentages) moving above the chart.

Glad you were able to solve that. :)

I couldn't figure it out, but that solution worked like a charm (14 years later)! Thanks Jerry!!!
