Hi. I am building a Pivot table to be a P&L. I have raw data that I can't change as it is used by other tabs in the workbook. My raw data has positive numbers for Sales, rebates and expenses. When the pivot table sums it doesn't take into account that to get total Profit or Loss it would need to either show the sales and rebates as a negative and then add the expenses, or subtract the expenses from the sales. I have monthly data for many service areas and locations and want to slice on multiple levels. Is there a way to get the sales and rebates to become negative or another way to achieve my P&L?
