I have data model set up in PowerPivot that gets data from SQL database. I have set up multiple pivot tables with slicer to select period (Actual, QTD or YTD) and currency (EUR or USD).

When I refresh the datamodel my pivot tables do not update although new data has been loaded. But when I click on a slicer (e.g. I click on Actual) then the pivot table updates.

Its not only with pivot tables where you have to choose a period and currency. I also have a sheet with new customers where you can select a market in the slicers. Also here I first have to select a market in the slicer and then the pivot table immediately updates.

I have the same issue with another file. But all my other files are working just fine. I don't know a solution. I am thinking about redoing my Excel.

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
