Hi

I have a pivot table with various columns which show a cost for each category (ie each column).</SPAN>

I want to add in a calculated field in the pivot table to show the percentage of each column as the total of the row.</SPAN>
I know this is easily done in the settings by saying show sum as % of row total. This gives the figure I want, however I have a variety of columns and so have added in a slicer to make it easier to read.</SPAN>
When this slicer is added in the % of row total is 100% ie it shows the % of the filtered (sliced data) – is it possible to show the figure for one column as a percentage of the base data behind it.</SPAN>

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Just add the feild a second time by holding ctrl and dragging it a second time. Then you can adjust the settings as you suggested.
