Pivot table not showing as Numbers

I'm having trouble with creating a pivot table. I'm trying to generate a report using the data in this sheet, but every time I attempt to convert it to numbers, Excel shuts down and gives me a recovered sheet. when I tried to create a pivot table based on this data, it shows the sum as 0 even though it's not 0 in the original data.
