does anyone know of a way to build SQL/Access reports that look like Pivot tables reports. I've been using Pivot tables linked to Access so far, however my results are now > 65,000 rows and unable to be used in Excel.

Effectively I want to do something simple like putting customer name in Column 1, and then months across the top with $ amounts in each row.

Customer_Name Month_1 Month_2 Month_3 TOTAL
ABC $100 $200 $50 $350
XYZ etc, etc

Does anyone know a way of doing this in Access/SQL?

Thanks
