Pivot Table Layout Change

Hello all!

Quick question about Pivot Tables and their layouts.

I have data in a pivot arranged in rows with the Employee name, followed by the hour of day (a filter trick we had to use) then an activity.

So the format looks like this

Employee Name Hour of Day Activity
ronnockoch 7 Time In
14 Time Out
ronnockoch2 7:45 Time In
15:45 Time Out
/End of Pivot

Now, when I go to copy/paste this data into a blank worksheet, the second rows of data don't have the Employee's name on them. Or if they have the same hour of day, those aren't included either.

My question is, how do I (if it's possible) have every piece of information on every line, so that when I copy/paste I get

ronnockoch 7 TimeIn
ronnockoch 14 TimeOut
ronnockoch2 7:45 TimeIn
ronnockoch2 15:45 TimeOut

Rather than what I'm currently getting
ronnockoch 7 TimeIn
14 TimeOut
ronnockoch2 7:45 TimeIn
15:45 TimeOut

Thanks in advance,

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
What version of Excel do you have? In Excel 2010 and above you can choose to repeat item labels in Outline or Tabular Form.

I found a temporary workaround while the question of whether this feature is in versions before 2010 is answered.

Temp fix:
Let's say you have a list of entries in column A, similar to
the above example, and within the list you have many blank cells. Here is a
quick and easy way to fill those blanks with the value of the cell above.
Select all the data in column A, then go to Edit>Go
To.... Ctrl+G and then click Special. Now check the
Blanks option and click OK. This will now have selected
only the empty cell within the list. Now push the Equals
(=) key, then the Up arrow and finally, holding down the
Ctrl key, push Enter.
