I've posted this to the Excel programming newsgroup but I'll put it here as well just to get a wider audience.
I have a pivot table with an Access database query as it's source. In the
pivot table some numbers are shown to 10 decimal places e.g.
35657.8299999998 but ONLY in the formula bar. In the table it is shown
correctly as 3567.83 exactly. The source records making up this total are
financial transactions (pounds and pence) and are therefore all at 2 decimal
places (I have checked that this is the case). Is this a known problem and
does anyone have a solution/workaround?
Excel 2000/Access 2000/Windows 2000 Pro
