Hi there,

I generated a Pivot Table with Power Pivot with more than 18.000 rows which looks like that:

China 6
- North 4
- South 2
USA 33
- North 1
- - Hot 1
- South 32
- - Hot 11
- - Cold 12
...

Now I want to convert that pivot table in detailled rows with every hierarchical information in column, e.g.:
Chrina, North, 6
China, South, 4
USA, North 1
USA, North Hot 1
USA South 32
USA South Cold 12
...

Can anybody tell me how it is possible to convert a pivot table in such a way?

Regards and thanksin advance

Hi Szenig,

Do the commas in your desired result represent separate columns in the PivotTable?

If so, if you are using xl2010 you should be able to get the desired result by using Tabular Report Layout and Repeat Row Labels.
Both options are available by first selecting your PivotTable, then in the Ribbon> PivotTable Tools Design > Layout > Report Layout.

Hi Szenig,

Both options are available by first selecting your PivotTable, then in the Ribbon> PivotTable Tools Design > Layout > Report Layout.

Adding to this, try using the "REPEATE ITEM LABELS" and you should be getting what you're looking for and then removing the subtotals so you only get a detailed pivot report.

Hope this helps,
Miguel
