Pivot Table improperly displaying data

I have a Pivot Table in Excel 2007 I'm trying to use it to display max lead times for components being brought into a business.

I have a large spreadsheet with raw data, and the last col of that sheet is the lead times. These lead times are vlookuped off another sheet and then the Pivot Table was inserted. The PT shows a count for the lead times (so it's clearly recognizing data) but when I display max of Lead Time it only shows zeros.

Any thoughts on why this might be? I can clarify more if that wasn't enough info. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Hi. Welcome to the board.

What does =isnumber() return for your times? If false, you havent got time values (which are numeric) you've got text. If so, descibe your values a bit more & give us the vlookup() you're using.

Actually PaddyD you nailed it! It was a formatting issue which is why it was returning zeros instead of the actual numbers. Thanks so much for your help!
