I've created a PIVOT table and need some help with 2 things. The entire PIVOT is in the below format. (If i need to split this in to multiple posts i can)
#1 I need to fill the date/time in the ACS column down to the rest of the case parts. Meaning i want to see 5/21/24 3:07 AM reflected on the 5 rows below it since it is all the same case.
#2 I need to create a calculated field/column to calculate the time difference in hours from ACS to GPU and from GPU to CIO, etc. When i try to add a calculated field my only options are the existing fields from the data set. I need to calculate from the PIVOT table columns , not from the original data set.
