Pivot Table Help - Grand Totals

Hello,

Please can someone help me with a question regarding Pivot Tables and GrandTotals. For example I have the data below I am using in my Pivot Table:

Name Amount Amount USD Value
Jim £100.00 $150.00
Rob £200.00 $250.00
Dave £300.00 $350.00

I would like to view the Pivot Table like below:

Name Amount
Jim £100.00
Rob £200.00
Dave £300.00
Grand Total Amount £600.00
Grand Total Amount USD $750.00

Basically, I only want to see the USD equivalent as a grand total and not the individual row amounts! Is this possible?

Still having no luck with this, I basically just need a formula to create a USD equivalent against the total.
