Pivot Table grow and shrink question

Hi, I'm new here and this is my first post. I am trying to do something that I'm not sure is possible.

I have two pivot tables on the same sheet and everything works well, except when I refresh them and new rows are available. One or both of the PivotTables may grow or shrink.

I would like the PivotTable to do the same thing that an Excel Table does.

Does this option exist (see screen shot) for Pivot Tables?

If not, what are my options? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

o I am not aware of this kind of option for pivot tables.
o VBA can be used to adjust pivot tables.
o Please post a link to a workbook containing a table you want to tweak, explaining exactly what your goal is.
