Pivot Table Formatting

Hi,

When attempting to format a Pivot Table (excel 2003) using the mouse I find that the expected behaviour of 'cross to arrow' (thus allowing selection and formatting of subtotals, for example) does not occur.

I have experimented with both excel options and mouse settings and nothing has worked.

I also read microsoft help on this and still no luck....

Any ideas?

Right click the pivot table and choose Select, then click Enable Selection.
