If I want to select a group of people in a state and do reports by city and list them by first and last names with their address, and zip code, is pivot table the way to go or should I just sort them by city and then make separate worksheets by city?

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

I think pivot table is better but it depends on how you would use the filtered data afterwards..
