I searched for a similar topic but couldn't find one so here goes:

I am looking for the best way to sort survey results and present comparisons and I think a pivot table may be my only option. My question is, how do I keep a consistent answer set across multiple instances of the same question.

I have job types "Doctor, Lawyer, Indian chief" in column1. Columns 2 through 50 contain the job types opinions "Good, Bad, Ugly" of different companies.

Basically:

Column1 Column2 Column3 Column4
Job Type CompanyA CompanyB CompanyC
Doctor Good Ugly Bad
Lawyer Ugly Bad Good

I want to be able to sort for Job type and then see how they rated the companies though I cant work out how to do this without adding the individual companies to both Row/Value or Column/Value leading to 28 different rows of the same answer set.

Any help would be appreciated

Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
