Pivot Table - Filtering not updating to new data

Hi,

I have two data tables with numerous pivot tables of each pivot, I am using a macro to switch data filters across each of the pivot tables.

However, when I update the data filter to a new selection the data doesn't always update. When I click on a value in that pivot to drill back it shows a different filter.

I've checked the usual things like data range, blank values.

Any help would be awesome.
