Pivot Table Filter With No Data

I have a data list that need to have pivot tables created for them. Example of list:

Vendor Name Amount Rep Name
Vendor A $100 Lisa
Vendor B $200 Kim
Vendor C $250 Marie
Vendor B $50 Kim
Vendor C $75 Marie

I do one tab with a pivot table for each rep with the total. For each tab I have a filter set up to grab the reps name, then give me the data. The problem is there is one rep, Dana, who didn't have activity for the day, but she may have activity tomorrow (we do a new file for each day). How can I set the filter in Dana's tab to always pick up Dana's name, even if there is nothing on the data list? If there is nothing, her name disappears on the filter, so when we enter it the next day, I have to manually go to the tab and select her name from the filter - I want it to already be there. Can this be done in a Pivot? The goal is that when this info is entered in the data list each day, it automatically populates each person's tab. This is a new file saved each day, so it can vary. Thank you!

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
maybe change Amount for Dana from blank to 0 (zero) if there is no activity
