Hi All,

I wonder if somebody could be so kind to help me out please.

I have created a Pivot Table and added a number of filters to the table.

Is it possible to only show fields that are available against the first set filter.

Example:

- The first filter gives me an option of 1 to 10.
- I choose option 2.

In the Second Filter i get an option of A to Z.
But the as i have chosen option 2 above the only letters that are used are B,C & D.

Unforutantely the second filter shows all the Letters (A-Z). But i only want the available fields of B,C & D to show.

Is there a way of doing this?

Thank you

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Unfortunately the dropdowns in a pivot table don't work the same way as autofilter ones. You could use Slicers instead, which will move any unavailable items to the end of the list, and disable them.
