I have created Excel pivot table files and saved in in my OneDrive. When I open the file and refresh the pivot table, a username and password box pop up and it states connecting to d.docs.live.net. It’s very annoying and slows down the process. Please help me how to remove this requirement. Thank you in advance for your help!

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
It sounds like your data source is pointing to an external workbook, you need to remove the path from the source address in the Pivot Table data source and leave only sheet name and address.
You can try doing it through edit links. Change the external link to point to the current workbook.

If it happens when you refresh the data, the most likely is that you have an external reference.
What do you see in the data source box of the pivot table (maybe show us) ?
Do you have Power Query feeding into your pivot table or do you have a data model with a connection to another workbook ?
