Hello,

I have a Pivot Table that I would like help with. I have two Columns Currently Current Week and Previous Week. The Values are displayed as a count for the Status Field. I would like to know if it is possibel to add a calculated formula that will take the count difference between Current Week and Previous Week?

Thanks,

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Hi Hollando,

Calculated Fields can't use the Count values in other fields - they can only use Sum values. One work around is to add a field with a formula that evaluates to 1 for each item to be counted. Those fields can then be used in a calculated field, because their Sum is equal to their Count.

You can add those fields directly into the data source range or add them through an SQL query.
