I was trying to update the data source of a PivotTable and an error message appeared saying:
"The data source of a PivotTable connected to filter controls that are also connected to other PivotTables cannot be changed. To change the data source, first disconnect the filter controls from this PivotTable or from the other PivotTable."
But when I try to remove the connections from any of the pivots it brings the next message:
"The PivotTable report was saved without the underlying data. Use the Refresh Data command to update the report."
But I am not being able to refresh the data because I don't have data from were this tables feed.
This error occured when we updated to excel 2013 and we were using excel 7.
